Nowadays, the development of oil field has become more and more deeply, the underground oil reserves have declined year by year, and the water content in oil production is more and more, especially in the middle and late stage of the development of water injection, the water content is as high as 85-90%. Oilfield produced water contains a variety of oil, fat, dissolved compounds and so on. If not treated, and directly discharged into the water, will cause environmental pollution, and will drain a large number of water resources, which breaking the ecological environment.In this paper, according to the sewage treatment process of Daqing apricot 15-1 joint station, through the ceramic membrane separation technology, the characteristics of oilfield oily sewage and reinjection standard of oil field water, designed a set of centralized-distributed sewage treatment control system based on STM32.The system is divided into the field station and the master station, Master station as a centralized monitoring system of the upper machine equipment, would divide the field station into various units, and in each unit is equipped with the machine. The lower computer has the local station of man-machine interface, point-to-point data through RS232 communication between them, using the local station of man-machine interface for data collection and display, through industrial Ethernet and PC for data transmission. The system has high filtration efficiency, easy operation, equipment cover an area less, and on the premise of not reduce the performance of the system, has lower development costs, it can replace the PLC application in industrial control.This paper focuses on the electrical and control part of the sewage treatment system. The lower computer adopts STM32F103VET6 as the control core, With the design of the modular circuit, the system can improve the flexibility and expansibility of the system. The microprocessor program is written in C language, which is widely used in the process of multi task process. At last, the whole sewage treatment system is put into use in the field, field operation results show that the sewage treatment scale up to 16000m3/d, the system can meet the expected design target, and high reliability, operation stability.
