The Research And Application Of Predictive Control In Sewage Treatment PH Control

The process of acid-base is a key link in urban sewage treatment control,itscontrol quality directly affects the level of urban sewage treatment compliance.ThepH’s value of the neutralization process is a big delay, nonlinear, stronginterference of the complex control object and it is very difficult to establish anexact mathematical description of model with classical control theory and moderncontrol theory and other conventional control theory. People have always been havetried to use the new intelligent control method to solve this problem, so theresearch of the sewage treatment in the control of the PH value has the importanttheoretical and practical value.This paper firstly introduces the domestic and foreign sewage treatment of theautomatic control system development condition, especially introducing the currentsewage treatment of the automatic control system present situation and the facedproblem of PH control.Then according to the requirements of the wastewater treatmentprocess,putting forward a set of the software and hardware solutions based onAC500PLC of the ABB company and the configuration king6.53sewage treatmentcontrol system.Hardware includes the electrical control design and upper,lowermachine control system design, and design and installation of distribution cabinetsand MCC control cabinet.Software includes software knowledge introduction of theupper,lower machine and software programming.This paper uses a using parameter identification method with themodification-memory recursive least square method, establishing the mathematicalmodel of the process of PH the PH value of intelligent control strategy ofpredictive control;designing the generalized predictive control based on piecewiselinear.The control algorithm has the characteristics of good real-time, highreliability and so on and its application effect is good.Finally, the predictive control algorithm is used in sewage treatment plant PHvalue of the control system.Since the wastewater treatment plant has been put intooperation, the operation conditions has been stable and reliable, improving thecontrol precision of the PH value, and the economic benefit has been remarkable, ithas been broad application value in actual application.
