Classical control and modem control theory are based on strict and exact mathematics model. It is difficult to construct the mathematics model for many systems, and the models of many systems cannot be constructed indeed. Thus the dependence to strict model of the system restricts the application of classical control. And it is difficult to adapt the changed control object for the parameter of classical controller. As a result we need a control method which independent of systemic mathematics model but which can control this system in effect.Brainpower-control makes up the shortage of traditional control. Fuzzy control and expert control are the two embranchment of brainpower control. They set control based on the human being experience, which need not to build exact mathematics model. Via building systemic knowledge storage and reasoning institution, which apply reasoning method of human being to control system. This method can reach perfect control goal. This thesis integrates the virtue that fuzzy control can treat with uncertain information as well as expert control bases on human control experience and control knowledge instead of depending on mathematics model. It develops a fuzzy and expert controller applied in industry control.It is difficult to build the exact mathematics model for the system of bi-directional filtration sewage treatment. Thus the traditional control method can't reach the expect control goal. Whereas this thesis introduce a control scheme that use fuzzy and expert controller to carry out the bi-direction filtration sewage treatment. This thesis expatiates the foundation of basic rule storage and basic reasoning institution. The experimental result shows: the fuzzy and expert controller applied in bi-direction filtration sewage treatment has very strong robustness and dependability.
