| Water is the lifeline of human being. With China’s rapid economic development and urbanization, the processing of industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater is in necessary. In order to maintain sustained, and healthy growth of ecological environment, industrial and domestic sewage must be addressed. In the sewage treatment plant, sewage treatment equipment of various distribution is more dispersed. To monitor the operation of field device parameters and operating status, need to establish a central monitoring system.This paper combined with the current development of automatic control system in water treatment industry, a control system is designed for sewage treatment plants based on Hollysys LK PLC, completed the system integration. The monitoring system consists of on-site testing, data acquisition and processing, data communications and central control and other components, on-site instrumentation detected parameters and operating status of equipment processed through the computer network uploaded to the central control room, the operation of the central control room personnel by monitoring computer monitoring the operational status of all plant equipment. The monitoring and control system has been used in several sewage treatments successfully. The real effect of this system indicates that the scheme we introduced is a viable industrial automation control solution.Main works are as follows:1. In-depth study of the overall process of the sewage treatment plants control system2. Aim at specific process,design for the romote monitor and control system.Including I/Opoints statisticsã€selecting controllerã€selecting configuration softwareã€design of network communication and so on3. Design of supervisory control software. Including design and implementation controlling program for PLC; Design and implementation of the configuration software based on Holly View and Using Skills4. Discuss the innovating and practicability of the control system. |
