Product data management(PDM) as an important management technology of manufacture enterprise information construction, management in the enterprise all data and information relating to product and process information.In the process of repeatedly and phases of product design, can produce a large number of versions in the middle.Version to reflect the changing in the process of product design.Product data management(PDM) system through version management, guarantee the design personnel can access at any time the product version of history.And back to the design process, to ensure that products in the stages of life cycle data is correct.With the increase of version number, product data management(PDM) stored in the product data to demonstrate the characteristics of big data, the relational database.And NoSQL database makes up for the relational database performance when dealing with huge amounts of data.So the PDM version management technology is based on NoSQL better one of the necessary means of realization of PDM system based on NoSQL.First of all, the product data management(PDM) system are introduced in detail, NoSQL technology and product data management(PDM) version management research status at home and abroad, analysis is based on the disadvantages of PDM version management under traditional RDB, puts forward a model of PDM version layered graph structure based on NoSQL, avoids the limitation of the relational database table structure, read and write performance is low, support capacity limited and high cost, poor usability and expansibility faults.Second, according to the characteristics of the hierarchical graph model based on product data management(PDM) version of the NoSQL, set the release rules based on the NoSQL,version of the assembly, and effectiveness of version control, to ensure product life cycle by effective application version.And in order to ensure the middle version in the evolution process of access, need through the version of the model back to understand the design process of products.In addition, still need to maintain version model, to ensure the accuracy of the data.Finally, through the experiment, inspection based on no version of the model.Experimental results show that based on product data management(PDM) version of the No SQL hierarchical graph model, the model can be simplified version, saving storage space, make the version management becomes more convenient and accurate.For source tracing algorithm can improve the efficiency of traceability, to save time.
