Based on the development of College Students'innovative project management information system can easily solve the above problem.College Students' innovative project management information system is mainly for the realization of the various college and universities of college students' innovative project declaration and examination and approval and develop a system of the paperless office. The above functions are on-line operation.This system uses the B/S structure, using MyEclipse as the JAVA development tools, SQL Server 2000 database, the Apache Tomcat 6.x server. The system relates to the development technology of Servlet, JavaBean, Jsp, Javascript, Java Web, database stored procedure, also used the Ajax technology to realize data asynchronous invocation and form the event processing.
