Students Stipend Policy is a policy to help students whose financial position is not good and can’t afford their courses, and it will give aids to the poor students on solving their financial problems in their daily life and do great to the achievement of the stipend informatization.This passage based on the stipend from Students’Affair Disvisiort of San Ming University, and we have researched and analyzed its informatization system:we list the operation process before and after optimized.
