| Educational management is the core of academic affairs for the entire school teacher educational affairs administration, Educational management system can help managers to teachers and students in basic information, enrollment information, performance information, arranging information such as a comprehensive and effective management, and it make the management of the registry convenient and effective. The demander of this system is a vocational school, whose teaching management mainly rely on manual management personnel to complete, so it results that the management of senatement to be a heavy workload, time-consuming, low administrator productivity and high error rate. With the wide-scale expansion of the school, as well as computer software's promotion, the existing management methods can not meet the needs of the information society and we have the urgent need for an efficient, accurate, real-time educational management system to replace the original management.Based on the current development of software analysis and induction, combined with the specific needs of vocational school zone analysis, a set of simple, convenient, accurate and efficient educational management system was been designed in this paper. The system considers B/S model as a framework, combined.NET and SQL SERVER 2012 for the development of tools to achieve the entry and inquiry for students and teachers in basic information, elective course scheduling, results inquiries, graduate information query, report printing, and other data upload and management functions. The system is divided into a total of seven modules, including systems management, student management module, teacher management module, teaching management module, data management module, the graduate management module and notice management module.After testing, the system is simple, friendly interface, high accuracy, real-time, and it could meet the operational needs of Dalian Development Zone vocational secondary educational administration. |
