In the Web3.0 era, with higher network bandwidth, based on the Internet to achieve a large-capacity high-speed transmission, which is broad and 3D networks running smoothly laid the material foundation. Through 3D network, Web3.0 for Internet users to build a complete virtual reality community, this virtual reality with greater social interaction, people are free to choose roles according to their wishes, this role-playing(RPG) games, allows people to realize the real world can not be achieved in life.Construction of the network and its formation of a new media environment, cultural ecology, which will undoubtedly human percept ion, news production, social patterns have a significant impact on society and the public deserve attention. With the rapid development of the media, we should also clearly aware of the so-called technology is double-edged sword, use it once, we get convenience, but also may receive damage, such as our privacy and intellectual property rights could be violated. The rapid development of network technology to politics, economy, culture, education, science and technology and other areas of society has undergone profound and significant changes, but also changed people's way of life, so online shopping, remote diagnosis, free email and other quietly. However, the network has brought prosperity to mankind and convenient, but also break the boundaries of time and space, so that as a privacy barrier of time and space is largely meaningless, given the number of years of human life form tremendous impact on the way and values.To address these challenges, the fundamental principle of freedom of the media should shift from freedom of speech to social responsibility theory of consciousness, our full-time staff must adhere to the appropriate media ethics andsocialresponsibility.
