In recent years, along with the fast development of P2P Streaming Media Technology in the Internet, many business models based on P2P Streaming Media Technology appear one after another, and live systems bashed on P2P Streaming Media Technology have rapidly grown up and become a hot subject of the research.However, at the explosively jump of P2P Streaming Media Technology in meantime, the development bottleneck of which has been thoroughly exposed, for example refinements in the technology, imperfectnesses in the profit model of franchise management and business models and the dispute in copyright, all of these problems have troubled in the industry's sustainable development, furthermore all these problems have more serious in the live Systems based on P2P Streaming Media Technology.This paper firstly analyzes the research development in P2P Streaming Media Technology and applcations both here and abroad, especially the current situation and development trend of the live business based on P2P Streaming Media Technology applications, as well as the Swarming data destribution methods based on Gossip in the Mesh for traditional approach. On this basis, according to requirement's priority of the data, this paper proposes the improved algorithm and designs a prototype system named P2PLive, based on this method, which is implemented. The testing results indicate that the algorithm can effectively balance data distribution and improve the bandwidth utilization of a Peer's ability in the overlay network, and meet the requirement of the algorithm in the prototype system.
