"Financial News advertisement" as unreasonable phenomenon exists in China's news media for a long time, it also has "six elements" like news reports, but in fact it was advertising news. Financial news advertisement hide in the media operation in various forms, it has a bad effect on the news industry, the advertising industry, consumers, the social and economic development. Since entering the new century, the financial news commercialized phenomenon intensified, especially since the 18 th National Congress of our Party, in the financial press field appeared "Rui Chenggang case", "twenty-first Century network news extortion case" in the field of Finance and economics of corruption,making the financial news commercialized phenomenon has become a hot spot of research object and departments focus on the management of Chinese News media.This starting point of the paper is the financial news problem of the financial news field, based on the summary of existing research results, the paper try to use the literature analysis and comparative analysis to solve this phenomenon. firstly, expounds the concept and connotation of "Financial News advertisement", then combined with the special role played in the process of economic development in our country, analysis the main features of financial news in present stage. Secondly, to further clarify the development of newspaper news and social economic development, the paper focuses on the analysis of the financial news advertisement that adverse effects the development of the news media,advertising itself to the subject, object of great harm consumers, as well as the normal operation of our social economy. Thirdly, in the background of social transformation and the media reform, the paper try to analysis the reason of the financial news advertisement through the ideological and moral, legal, management, and other dimensions. At the same time, the article want to find the deep-seated reasons in our society "Financial News advertisement" through the sociological perspective. Finally, the paper put forward themacroscopic countermeasures and micro countermeasures from the point of view of the Chinese Communist Party. At first, the administration need to guide the phenomenon from ideology level, and administrative departments shall be management strictly according to the law of governance. In addition, according to this phenomenon the paper also put forward specific countermeasures from the media, advertising, personnel and other microscopic aspects.
