The national image in the international community of citizens of a country relatively stable overall evaluation is a comprehensive, long-lasting influence. People's perception of the country, to a large extent affected the national image and reputation, a good image of the country is the country's ” soft power” an important component, is to improve the international competitiveness of the country's important thrust. The evalution mechanism is a system organizational arrangements aimed at evaluating the use of scientific tools to enhance the operation of the power of people and things and the inherent constraints regulate all aspects of relationship, to ensure scientific decision-making of the project,to ensure the realization of operational and management objectives.In this paper, the national image evaluation mechanism under the background of big data for the study, based on domestic and foreign research status overview,combing the national image, the theory evaluation system, as well as large national evalution mechanisms for the data, as the theoretical basis for this study; and by identitying indicators of the components of the national image,as well as the survey sample, a set containing two levels, the core identification index system of the national image using 13 indecators AHP and expert consultation; while the use of management information organization and correlation methods for large data, the establishment of a national collection platform and image information processing platform, to ensure the smooth flow of information evaluation process. Finally, at the core indentificationindex system, to get the national image evaluation index, proposed the national image evaluation Comprenhensive Assessment Method. This study aims to form the image of the country through the real-time evaluation of the information collected objective and accurate understanding and image of the country through the index system of comprehensive evaluation, thus providing a basis for shaping a more perfect imgage of the country.
