Sichuan Macroeconomic Information Database System Overall Program Design

With informationization of the whole world and the development of Chinese economy, how to utilize economic information effectively, especially Macro-Economic information, has become a very important problem that needs government and society to resolve. The strategic position of informationization was established in the 15th plenary meeting of CPC. The leading group of informationization indicated that emphasis of informationization is development of E-Government, and E-Government will improve development of the national economy and society. E-government building is significant for tackling the challenges after the accession to the WTO, accelerating transforming the government functions, improving the administrative quality and efficiency, strengthening government's supervising and service ability and promoting the social supervision. It brings unprecedented opportunity and challenge for Macro-economy information management.For the informationizing the national economy to meet the requirements, according to the country's economic mobilization office of the development of unified messaging standards, design-data acquisition, data processing, data query, data management and the maintenance and management of information security as one of the provincial data processing system and the scalability of the system , compatibility and data maintenance, update, set up a broad space.This paper analyzed the national economy data base at home and abroad progress, in view of the current situation on our province, to the national economy data base at the provincial level of the objectives and content of the building on the provincial construction of the national economy data base architecture design, and design and implementation of the "National economy data base" Based on the national economy data base of the building process, from the perspective of national economic mobilization system of management information systems theory and Technology.
