With the rapid development of network communication technology, the smart phones and other mobile devices are rapidly entered into people's daily work and study, making our lives more intelligence and information. According to software engineering architecture design specifications, the design and implementation of the system is not only according to the software engineering method and object-oriented techniques, but also based on Java programming language. The method also includes the use of MVC design pattern under Android environment, and the use of JSON and server interaction. The function of this system includes account login, cafeteria menus, student space, class space, contacts, my dean, home-school interaction, system settings eight modules. Realize the function including achieve a view recipes, new albums, upload photos, publish dynamic, query results, check class schedule, published post, reply to posts, and other functions.The system after fully test have been started to use. It meets the established functional and non-functional requirements, and the most important is the system now running stable. This system not only improve the work efficiency and the management level of the teacher, but also meet the needs of parents to concern about their childrengrowing and interaction with teachers.To students, the system create a more informational space for learning and school living. This system has made great contribution to the construction of digital campus.
