Wireless communication technology has expanded for generation from the second to the third, at the same time mobile phone functions are becoming more and more powerful, sound and picture clarity and signal transmission speed is realized leap, currently it has some functions including a personal information transmission, online trading, watch videos, playing game and others, which has the basic function of the computer in the great extent. young people were in the majority inside the school, they pursuit to fashion, require the mobile phone function and transmission rate tobe increasingly high, in the present situation, from the development trend of the other countries in the world, mobile phone is not only a kind of communication tools and means of communication, it can be applied to teaching activities as a teaching assistant tool.This paper according to the reality of the mobile phone has been basically popularized in the University, and the actual situation in study and life of teachers and students, primarily discusses the Android system, design method based on object oriented, deals with mobile phone as possible and basic pathplatform programming object oriented, in the process of developing application software in the method, using MVC, mainly through the SDK, ADT, eclipse and android as the basic development tools, using eclipse and tomca as the basicmode. Complete the application design mainly is the designer for their own use, the application can convenient information search, announcement, the online library, information and other functions to borrow books. Through such aplatform can achieve some basic functions of the computer conveniently, such as statistics, the basic information retrieval, query, database management,students’ basic information release and feedback etc., provide a ready-madeconvenient integrated information platform so as to build intelligent, networkedcampus.
