The simulation technique of temperature field is the basis for infrared image simulation.It involves many disciplines of heat transfer, physics, aerodynamics and so on.The accuracy of temperature field directly determines the reliability and the authenticity of infrared image simulation,thereby affecting the application of infrared image.By the study of the distribution characteristics of the sky target temperature field,Considering all kinds of factors that influence the temperature field, can more accurately simulate the temperature field of the sky target. Thus greatly reducing the actual measurement of the temperature field of the cost, speed up the progress of the experiment and improve work efficiency.The main work of this paper includes:review and analyze the current research situation of temperature field simulation technology at home and abroad,put forward and develop a system frame for the temperature field simulation on the basis of it.The system inlcudes the following aspects:the sky target modeling,read 3DS file,the temperature field calculation of the sky target in the general state of motion,the temperature field calculation of the sky target in the fast moving state.Specifically,This paper first introduces the process of sky target modeling and meshing.Then use the 3DS file as an input of the system.Through the study of the structure of 3DS file, this paper introduces the read method and process of model.Then according to the heating characteristics of the sky target,detailed analysis of the factors which influence the temperature field distribution of sky target include:the aerodynamic heating of external gas on the skin,the convective heat transfer between external gas and skin,the thermal radiation of the sun on the skin,thermal radiation produced by the engines,the heat radiation produced by electronic equipment and the convective heat transfer between internal gas and skin.The influence of these factors on different parts of the sky target of the difference.So we divides the sky target into different modules when calculate the temperature field of it.The sky target in the general state of motion is divided into two parts: the part which removes the internal heat source and internal heat source. The sky target in the fast moving state is divided into three parts:the head, the body and inner heat source.Finally,we simulates the temperature fielddistribution of the sky target by change the state of it with different parameters. Compare the experimental results with the theoretical value, we verify the effectiveness of the method in this paper.
