Due to the large number of infrared imaging guided weapons used in military equipment at present, the technical requirements for the target identification and target tracking of the infrared guidance and infrared imaging guided weapons increase more and more high. In this paper, to improve the control accuracy of the temperature of the field infrared targets, a temperature control system of field infrared targets is proposed. The temperature control system can accurately control the temperature of the infrared targets in the wild environment.Firstly, to improve the control accuracy of the field infrared target temperature, the development status of the domestic and foreign infrared target temperature control is analyzed in detailed, and then a infrared target temperature control method based on fuzzy PID control is put forward in this paper.The temperature of the target surface is measured by a temperature sensor in the temperature control method. The temperature signal is convert into a digital signal and then fed back to the microprocessor to be calculated and determined, the current temperature is given, and the current temperature and the set temperature value are compared and judgmented. By using the principle of fuzzy PID control, the heating or cooling unit processes are controled, and the precise temperature control and monitoring for the unit heat target is realized.Secondly, based on the design principles of the reliability and feasibility, for the infrared temperature control system is designed.In hardware design, a number of major related components are compared. The temperature sensors, microprocessors and other major components are tested and selected. The circuits of temperature control, temperature measurement and data communication are designed, which are relatively reliable. In the software design, in order to meet the accuracy requirements of the control system, a control method based on fuzzy PID is proposed. In the method, the fuzzy control is used when the measured temperature value has large deviations, which has the advantage of fast response, better dynamic performance. The PID control is used when the measured temperature has little deviation, which has better static performance. Compared with the single fuzzy control or PID control method, the method has superior performance.Finally, by laboratory and field testing for the infrared target,the performance parameters are compared with the design requirements.Summary, this system meet the requirements of the design specifications completely. The temperature control system of the field infrared target can achieve the desired need, and can also be applied in other similar environments.
