Nowadays the issue of food security in china is clear in mind once again, and thefood will be changed from the structural shortage into a strategic shortage. There areseveral resons are seeked out, firstly the production of food is reducing owing to theless and less areas of cultivated land and the increasing natural disasters in china,secondly the food stocks is decreasing continually, at last the need of foodconsumption is expanding in recent years.It is understanding that the food securitywas presented again as an important issue at the initial stage of the“project of twentyfifth”, Though the chinese government has promulgated a series of policies to ensurethe safety in food successively since 2000.Grain temperature monitoring system is an indispensable equipment to ensure thequality and safety of stored grain, and it is related to the number of grain storage andits quality directly. While grain reserves can ensure food security and regulate thegrain market as an important trick, so it is improtant to make a perfect regime of grainreserve step by step, and it is significant to establish and complete the early warningsystem for food information as to protecte national food security.Firstly, put the nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS as a platform to builda model of two-dimensional finite element simulation of silo, sets up a temperaturefield of the wheat in storage on the basis of understanding the structure of the barn. Itshows that the results are fitted well through comparing the simulated values with theactual measured values.Secondly, invent a graphical interfaces to follow the tracks of temperature basedon Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench. It can express thetemperatures which are changing at current times in digital format, give alarm whenthe temperature exceeds the maximum temperature which is defined and make datastatistics. It is convenient to workers to observe the changes of granary temperature,and offers reference for explorating the law of barn temperature as well.Finally, use the single factor rotation method and orthogonal experimental method to analysis grain temperature of wheat in summer and winter, in order to findthe relationship between the grain temperature where the cereal is not monitored andthe temperatures in surface, bottom, center and near to the silo wall of barn,Analysising the main effects which come from each factor, and the efficiency of theinteraction effects, revealing the influence law of grain temperature and factors, andoffering its order. Then constructing a mathematical polynomial model of graintemperatures in summer and winter.
