Micro-jetting and bonding rapid forming is a mainstream 3D printing technology which has great advantages in the field of creating complex structure, manufacturing color model and so on. It has a lot of traits, like low operating cost, good environment adaptability and color printing,which has a good prospect of application and development. Therefore, to carry out research and development on the control system of Micro-jetting and bonding forming equipment has important practical significance.This paper designed a set of intelligent, integrative control system of Micro-jetting and bonding forming equipment based on ARM kernel STM32 chip. The system can be divided into four parts, including the master module, temperature control, motion control and nozzle control. For each part of the work requirement, hardware circuits and software programming procedures were designed.The hardware circuit takes the master module as the core, designed the temperature control circuit of binder and forming cavity, the motion control circuit for the step motor controller and the nozzle control circuit based on the piezoelectric nozzle internal chip interface standard. O n the basis for the realization of the function of the equipment, the rationalization in layout of hardware circuit, prevents the mutual interference of components and easy to install.In software part, the main function was designed by the interrupt of serial communication, which is the core of software controlling the lower computer. At the same time, this paper studied the viscosity variation with temperature of binder, and designed the PID temperature control program corresponding to keep the viscosity of binder in a proper range. In order to realize the printing work, motion control program based on pixel and pixel information printing program based on the time series of nozzle were designed. In order to ensure the accurate communication with the upper computer, this paper proposed a set of serial communication protocol.
