Micro-jetting and bonding rapid forming system based on powder has advantages of low-cost, maintenance easy and environmental adaptability. The control software of the forming system has great influence on forming efficiency and precision.Aiming at the reason of low forming efficiency and precision, this article develop and realize the control software of parity ring filling algorithm and edge detection based on Sobel operator in the Qt platform.First of all, put forward parity ring filling algorithm based on the traditional algorithm and property of STL file. According to the inclusion relation, numbering the ring at the same height, then filling rings by small to large and ring's parity. This algorithm can improve the filling efficiency of cross-section graphics and then improve the forming efficiency. For the surface roughness problem of model, using the Sobel operator to detect the edge in the grayscale graphics. Through real-time coordinates of print-header, to control the nozzle pulse in the model edge printing for improve forming precision.Develop a friendly man-machine interface based on Qt platform, to realize the display of 3D models and 2D graphics, design and finish the communication protocols between software and hardware. Implementing software cross-platform operation, and the software can normally operate on Windows,Linux and embedded ARM platforms.Compare the influence of file pretreatment on forming efficiency between the control software and open source software. The results show that it can turn STL into bitmap in the real-time, and Slic3 r take 35 seconds to turn STL into Gcode. So the forming efficiency of the control software is better, And it can improve the forming precision by edge detection.In conclusion, through the study of this article,develop a simple, friendly interface control software to improve forming efficiency by filling algorithm and the forming precision by edge detection, which has laid a certain amount of theoretical and practical basis for its further development.
