The Large laser device is a high-tech engineering system which concentrates laser, precision machinery, a variety of optical and electrical control and computer control system together. The size of the device is very large, and the number of laser components is so great. The complexity of the structure determines the complexity of the assembling process. The assembling process involves the assessment of production capacity and efficiency, It means that under the resource constraints and space constraints, do the research of the allocation of resources, staff scheduling, scheme selection decision analysis and risk control. Study the process simulation can ensure the implementation time of the assembly planIn this thesis, firstly introduce the project background and summarize the research status, then talk about the significance of the assembly process modeling and choose the appropriate modeling method. Secondly classify the installation process of the whole device according to its organization structure to complete system modeling. Select the main system disk amplifier components as the research object, based on the extended-directed graph, add resource constraint definition, construct the network diagram model of the assembly process,with the graphical model, the assembly process of the component module can be clearly showed.Based on the system model, choose Flexsim simulation software as the simulation platform to run the simulation and do the verification of the model.Then compare simulation results and the actual situation to verify the correctness of the simulation method. Then do the system design using JIT as guiding ideology. Under the given layout scheme, do the simulation of different schemes with different resource allocations, and analyze the simulation results, verify the feasibility analysis and evaluate the installation efficiency.Finally, in view of how to achieve the data modification of the assembly process quickly put forward the data drive simulation method. Construct a user object entity model database and process database, and do a preliminary experiment in Flesim. The results of this research can provide a technical support for the construction of digital laser device.
