Research Of Distributed Fault Diagnosis System Based On Network

The dissertation is focused on the diagnosis of Automobile testing system. Taking into account the complexity of this object system, in the paper we propose a network-based and distributed remote diagnosis method that mainly depends on natural network and fault tree. Some relative theoretical problems and key technologies to practical realization are discussed.Firstly, the paper talked about the actuality of fault diagnosis and network technology, then proposed the structure of Network-based Distributed Fault Diagnosis System, and discussed the network technology needed to organize such a system and acquiring field data on network. In this system, it included two parts. One is Field Fault Diagnosis System, whose core arithmetic is Back Propagation Neural Network; the other is remote Fault Diagnosis System, whose core arithmetic is fault tree. In this system, the database was used to save the fault knowledge and related information. At last, the paper explained a whole process of fault diagnosis with a practical fault case.In the end it summarizes the research achievement of this dissertation and raises a new hypothesis for remote monitor and fault diagnosis system for automobile testing system based on Internet.
