With the rapid development of Internet technology, in the traditional labora tory application embedded technology makes the laboratory data management, i nformation management, security monitoring has become the hot spot in the fie ld of laboratory research and development. The traditional laboratory manageme nt system using the PC terminal, just a simple statistical experimental data, ma terial data, personnel data basic function, in terms of cost and performance do not meet the current demand. And gradually mature embedded system has a hi gh price, volume, development and flexible characteristics. So we design the se t based on Embedded System Laboratory of integrated system for laboratory pe rsonnel management, data management, routine laboratory monitoring and emerg ency monitoring function.Hardware part to raspberry pie embedded development board as the core, grasp the embedded development process based on the, on the Linux system ke rnel of the configuration tailoring in order to achieve the goal of optimizing s ystem, and according to system demand reasonable design other system hardwar e includes a variety of sensors, cameras, fingerprint identification module, wirel ess module hardware, build to raspberry pie for core of embedded software an d hardware development platform.This paper focuses on the research of the embedded system to realize the data management in the laboratory, the comprehensive system of personnel man agement, daily monitoring functions, mainly to complete the implementation of streaming video server technology based on MJPG-streamer; fingerprint recognit ion, face recognition algorithm realization in embedded system; communication protocol design and terminal instrument RS485 interface; TCP/IP communicationterminal and server cooperate with the project group; students completed the s ystem development based on Web client, and ultimately to achieve the function of comprehensive laboratory system, users can query the Web page to the lab oratory for information, including a variety of sensor information, visitors, fing erprint recognition and real-time camera image, but also can upload the data fi le, check the instrument connected with the terminal.At the end of the key introduced the system debugging and the debuggingprocess, in the design of embedded minor problems will lead to disastrous co nsequences, here for myself in embedded development experience also provides experience for reference to the other students.
