With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the educational reform goes deeper, network learning resource become abundant and colorful,which drastically impacts the traditional learning resource and audio-visual practice,the education mode is facing a huge revolution. Traditional resources can no longer satisfy the needs of learners in urgent. The prevalence of network learning system is promoting the integration of information technology and curriculum.In the specific circumstances of this era, the special subject learning website strengthen the construction of resource about one special subject by using new information technology. It not only provides a systematic structure of knowledge, but also creates an environment for autonomous learning and cooperative learning. By using new teaching mode such as online classes, online learning, online examination,its visual flexible and humanized features gain recognition of society. Compare online learning with traditional learning platform, the automated guidance, timely feedback assessment, the advantages of the assessment of learning effect, which not only reduce the workload of educational administration personnel, but also improve work efficiency, make sure the management of each phase normal, orderly and reasonable.It promotes the stages in scientific and standardized management, through the analysis to investigate the thematic learning, it is practical, exploratory, cooperative and initiative. The construction and application of SSLW promotes the share of quality of teaching resources, and it has important researching and practicing value.However, the majority of SSLW systems focus on the examination subjects of elementary and middle schools, there is a lack of higher level students learning oriented website, most website content updates slowly or never update at all, which has certain drawbacks: it's hard to detect the knowledge structure of learners, or how much they have mastered yet.In this thesis, online upgrade mode based on the analysis of skill training system is compared with the traditional education mode, it broke through the constraints of time and space, make the most of limited teaching resource for more learners and more areas, share resource fully, and facilitate learners to use online training skills scientifically and efficiently to a greater extent.This thesis was based on the design and implementation of Flash skill trainingand online learning system,adopting the advanced J2 EE architecture, using Eclipse tools, SQLServer2012 for the database. The interface of the website is user-friendly,strongly interactive, The server provides user management, teacher(guide), user manageement, operation authority, question answering item bank, test paper manageement configuration scheme, exercises, cases and questions analysis and other functions. Students(learners) also can choose tests according to their circumstance from the collocation of exercises. In addition, the system also uses the security protocol implementation of Open SSL to SSLn, to ensure the safety in the process of data transmission. The expansion and maintenance is simple and convenient. By adding links, the functions will be extended, it only needs to change the web page,then the synchronous update of all users is realized. Users can have access to the system by using the browser directly whenever and wherever possible. Finally, by summing up the key points and test process of the detailed design of each module of The system, the function of teaching evaluation management system scientifically and efficiently realized.The structure and model of special subject learning website system provides expandability, renewability and maintainability to Flash skill training and online learning system, which is a good foundation for future upgrade and maintenance, and will eventually produce a relatively perfect online learning system.
