With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, electronic commerce as a new business model gets the rapid development in recent years.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,payment especially mobile payment also obtains fast development. Mobile payment gets industry recognition of the parties since it is a new payment way with the characteristics of safe and efficient.Financial payment system is an important supporting point for the survival of electronic business.At present, the level of our country financial services and electronic is poor. Electronic payment system of cross regional and cross bank hasn't been established.Online payment, settlement and other issues hinder the development process of our country electronic commerce.Because of the complexity of mobile payment, the diversity of technology scheme,the openness of carrier and safe communication network,the interconnection between different payment platforms is difficult. We need to construct a unified payment platform in the field of financial payment industry to promote healthy and orderly development.This paper puts forward a design scheme on unified payment platform for commercial bank. At the same time, this paper bulids the unified payment platform as supporting platform. The paper also introduces general design, detailed design and implementation process of the platform.The System become modular based on user requirement and system objective. The three aspects of unified payment platform are studied in this paper.Firstly, general design is introduced. In general design, the design principle of the system is presented and then physical topology structure of the system is discussed. Finally, the software architecture and the overall system function definition are given. In detailed design, all of system modules are divided and internal function of specific module is described.Then the database design is introduced. In the implementation process of the platform, the engineering implementation scheme,project organization management and project implementation process are discussed respectively.After rigorous testing, the system is deployed and the actual situation of operation shows it achieves desired results. The user interface is simple and beautiful, operation is convienent and payment transaction is safe. It also has better system stability, performance and good scalability.The Summary is given at the end of the paper and further work is also discussed.
