Based Payment Model Of The Set Protocol Safepay

Payment security is the core issue of electronic commerce. There are two protocols support Internet payment in China, One is Secure Socket Layer protocol, the other is Secure Electronic Transaction protocol, they both have advantage and disadvantage. The author analyzed the trend of Internet payment, then brought forth a Internet payment model based Secure Electronic Transaction protocol for Chinese debit card. The model has high security as original protocol, but has been modified in identity authentication and has been simplified in payment style. Then author carried out the system design and realized the system according the payment model, the system has been divided into four components as following: electronic wallet, merchant server ,payment gateway and certificate authority. The author put forward a complete demo of this model .The electronic wallet is cardholder client software, it saves card information and personal information, and certificate authority is a third party organization. At last author brought forth some prospects in applying this payment model to electronic government affairs.
