Research On Safe-Transaction System Of The Railway Ticket E-Commerce

According to the increase of passenger's trip rate, railway wants to enhance its competition in passenger's transportation market. Though railway managers thought that multi-way ticket sailing is a key measure, they still worried about the security of E-commerce. Based on ticket sailing and reserving system of china railway, this paper presents a Safe-transaction System of the Railway Ticket E-commerce (Abbreviated to SSRTE). The system gives some interfaces, such as Internet interface, service center interface, mobile massage interface, and so forth, to support business functions, like ticket query, ticket reservation, ticket sail, ticket drawback etc. The system has a set of effective ways to ensure the security of ticket sailing or reservation on line, and presents a security solution to support E-commerce trades. The mainly work are bellow:(1) Established insurance system for WEB dynamic information.(2) Presented security system for dynamic model of "safe apply/response".(3) Designed system-support authentication and self-recovery mechanism.(4) Considering the isolated way of high-speed electric switch, this paper ensured completely security access control to ticket server.(5) Set up a new system platform that supported security authentication of digital certificate technology and encrypted communication.The SSRTE originates a new advanced and high-effective model of ticket-selling. It has five advantages, including "quick and convenient, high effective, justice, queue up on line, serving the people". So, SSRTE can help to improve railway marketing model, to enhance railway transportation capacity, to increase market competitiveness of railway, to promote the integration of railway inner information system, and to elevate the unitary benefit of information resource. It is also of great significance to fostering a good and healthy company image of railway.This research result had used in Guang-shen telephone reservation system of railway ticket and network safe-transaction ticket-selling system. Especially during the Spring Festival holiday, the Shen-zhen telephone reservation system of railway ticket endured tough situation and went in well performance. This can be looked as a proof to availability of the research result.
