Design And Implementation Of Sports Meeting Management System Of Secondary Vocational Schools

As the network technology develops rapidly, applying computer and network to the sports meeting management of secondary vocational schools has certain feasibility.Secondary vocational schools hold sports meetings in the spring and autumn every year. The scale of games becomes larger. Utilizing computer technology to manage sports meetings and providing effective management tool is an important way to improve the efficiency and quality of sports meetings. At present, sports meeting management of vocational schools is still based on the traditional manual management methods including giving out registration form by hand, filling forms by hand(for athletes), and inputing data(for administrators) by hand. This management method not only wastes a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but it is also difficult to process the data in time and check related movement, which leads to delay of data-managing work(which includes registration and arrangement). In addition, result-collecting work during games and data-orginizing work after games are tedious,which is easy to have error and lacks of scientificity and timeliness.In this paper, the author firstly finds out the problems existing in the work of track and field sports meetings, and then the author make the analysis and research of the scientific method. The author finally proposes the scientific management system of track and field sports. Considering the existing school of modern management tools and cyber source, the author decides to adopt the advanced B / S(Browser / server)systm architecture. Therefore, the school management system is not restricted by region. The system is based on Browser/Server three-layer database management system. The communication of B/S side adopts JSP technology.The application server and data server is realized by ADO technology through the middleware layer, which implements database query, modifying, adding and deleting operations function.the system implements dynamic, interactive and efficient network information management through four functional modules including system management,competition management, event management and after management. The system mainly develops two aspects-- the website module and background management module. It scomplete the browsing, input, maintenance and statistics of sports meeting management work. It increases system functions and improves system interface. After testing, the system can run normally and achieve the expected results. At the sametime, the performance of the wireless network is flexible. The construction of the wireless LAN in the stadium helps to achieve the real-time transmission of information.Overall, the architecture and model improve scalability, reusability and maintainability of the system, which lays the foundation for the future system upgrades and maintenance. The system will eventually become a perfect sports meeting management of secondary vocational schools. Implementation of the system has a great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of physical education, improving the efficiency and management quality of secondary vocational school sports meeting and reducing the cost of school management, which has practical value for popularizing in similar schools.
