Design And Implementation Of Open Source Data Mining System Based On J2EE

This paper discusses that the Design and Implementation of Open Source Data Mining System Based on J2EE. This system adopts JSF + Ajax to overcome " stateless " of Web framework Shortcoming compared traditional C/S framework.The system realize that it commit form data without self-refresh. The way to adopt J2EE without EJB carries on the control of the declaring type of transaction in the system with Spring framework.The O/R mapping and security of the system depends on the Hibernate and agice framework. JFreeChart realizes the visualization in the process of Data Mining and the visualization of DM result of the system.Make use of technology such as PMML and OLE DB for DM to realize the sharing of the DM model.For the using aspect: After succeeding log-in, system offer different menus for users to choose according to user's role, then user can do some operation such as : system customization Data Mining DM's customization and so on. Users have high customization in the process of Data Mining:need filter or not,with which kind of method filter, various customization of parameter to Data Mining algorithm,etc..For the developing aspect:Users can add the custom-built filter,Data Minning algorithms,work flows etc..This subject can play a role of Use the little to get the big on research of Data Minning system that baseed on B/S architecture. It can make a good foundation for future work. The completion of this subject will not only offer new experiment way for user's Data Mining algorithm,so that they can test their algorithm more limpid, but also make a good foundation for the expansion of Data Mining System based on B/S. So that users can embed new function more easily, finally realize a strong Open Source Data Mining System based on J2EE.
