Design And Development Of Commercial Bank Cost Management System

The development of globalization makes the Chinese financial competitors no longer limited to the country. With a large number of foreign bank with abundant capital and advanced management coming into the battle, local banks have to deepen the reform continuously to meet the chanllenges. Among which,to deepen the financial system and persue for new changes are of great urgency. Improving the operation and management ability may fundamentally increase the profit margins. Total cost management mode of commercial banks is typical for the reform. Total cost management ideas and methods are poured into commercial bank management, by comprehensive and careful management to maximize profits from the side of costs,so as to make the domestic banks more competitive in the face of foreign banks.This paper discusses the development and design of commercial bank comprehensive cost management system. First,it analyzes the development and design of the basic theory and technology of the system. This system is based on the comprehensive cost management theory,which is applied to the specific operation management of commercial banks. For the software design, the system uses the JAVA program language to build up the C/S truss, and realize in the frame of the SSH. Besides, this paper makes an analysis of systematic feasibility, and analyzes the demand against the commercial bank comprehensive cost management, including the main business and functional requirements analysis. In the detailed design of the system, software and network are respectively designed. And according to the demand analysis,it designs the product cost application initialization setting module, cost caculation module, cost of reimbursement center module, cost of the fixed assets and human resources module at the time of the function module design.On the database design, this system uses SQL2008, and designs database concept model and physical database model according to the specific business process of commercial banks. Finally,it gives a detailed design on the function and performance of the system test.Overall,this paper puts forward commercial bank comprehensive cost management method which has changed the traditional management mode of commercial banks.After six months of exercise, the ability of the author in using software model for requirement analysis and system design has been improved greatly. However, in the process of the whole project research, there are still some problems, like incomplete data, insufficiently specific model design, short of interface design, etc.
