Objective:With the improvement of scientific and technological development and people’s living standards, people are increasingly concerned about the health issue, a real-time, flexible, intelligent and humane care or tools become an urgent need in today’s society, along with the Android-based and the development of other platforms, mobile smart devices in people’s lives in popularity, sensor technology and wireless communications technology to the health-care system for mobile terminals has brought unprecedented opportunities for development. In this paper, through the advanced wireless communications technology and equipment research and design of intelligent terminals mobile diabetes self-management and follow-up so that it can improve or get rid of the past, fixed, regular health care services and data collection difficulties and other shortcomings. It is designed to help people with diabetes to effectively monitor the physical condition and convenient for doctors to follow-up, manage their family health information, and to promote patient adopt healthier behaviors in order to achieve effective treatment of diabetes.Methods:In this paper, theoretical and empirical research methods, firstly, literature research methods followed up moving abroad, diabetes self-management status to summarize, the theoretical foundation for the subsequent work of this paper; and then through research and analysis, elaborate diabetes Mobile Follow-up and self-management platform for patient treatment, blood sugar management, and medical doctors work and research help, and finally the use of a structured approach to the functional structure of the system platform, processes, etc. and to discuss a detailed analysis of the relevant technical standards and related information.Results:With a scientific management system integration as a guide for design and research of diabetes self-management and follow-up of mobile platforms, between doctors and patients to provide a platform for equality, helping to increase understanding between doctors and patients, reduce patient conflict, improve patient satisfaction with medical services, and promote social harmony. And proposed future improvements and increased stability diabetes mobile medical system has a huge room for improvement, noted that the future of mobile follow-up platform to establish a new model of patient-centered, based on data provided by the patient every day, personalized medicine, disease to achieve good results.Conclusion:Mobile health has broad application and market prospects in self-management of diabetes. Follow-up and moving through diabetes self-management platform, can provide physicians and patients with follow-up disease surveillance and health education active and effective health care services, diabetes also can take advantage of real-time control platform to control their health, manage their own physiological data, according to the doctor’s guidance reasonable exercise, diet and medication.
