In the 21st century, human society has entered the information society. With the rapid development of information technology and the rapid progress of the society, the information technology (IT) with the core of computer has brought great changes to human society. Informatization is changing the work, life and study. With the development of constructive learning theory, a multimedia computer and network communication technology as its ideal cognitive tools can promote learners'cognitive development effectively, so that more and more learners'can break the restrictions of space, getting the best learning results with minimum investment. Meanwhile, the continuous improvement of living standards can spur the demand for self-development and constantly enhance. The traditional way of education has limitations of geography, time and information, which can not meet the requirement of self-learning. Therefore, online learning is increasingly showing its strong vitality, and gradually expands its influence around the world.In this essay, the background of the research at home and abroad is analyzed, for instance, different kinds of teaching system, different user with different requirement, many achievements that be referred at home and abroad. The system of subject design is designed by the teaching requirement of the author's working, with obvious purpose and explicit requirement with small amount of special demand. Then Java, Servlet, JSP, JDBC and other J2EE technology are researched fundamentally and the design of applying B/S development model to achieve the design interactive online teaching system is proposed. With the consideration of developing efficiency and safety, Struts 2+Spring+Hibernate (SSH) is introduced in the project development, simplifying the difficulty of developing the system, shortening the development cycle of the project. And then feasibility of the subject is analyzed, including economic feasibility, social feasibility and technical feasibility, the result of which shows the feasibility and value of this subject. In the requirement analysis, UML is used, including the case analysis of administrator, student, teacher and teaching aids, describing the the representative of them. In the analysis of data base, ER is used and designed. Common database design can be compatible with all kinds of database software, focusing on the analysis of the difficulty of plug-in. In the functional module, system is divided into student administration sub-system, teacher administration sub-system, classroom simulation sub-system, teaching aid administration sub-system and administrator administration sub-system. In the realization part, database to code mapping tool for automatic generation is persistence layer, data object access layer, business logic and presentation layer, realizing the modular development of code, which improving reusability, reduces the coupling, enhance the maintainability and expansibility of the system Through the analysis, design and realization of the online study platform, basic function of student administration, class administration, teacher administration,lesson administration and interactive answering questions and other common basic functions, are completed. Professional information representation and the use of instant messaging software and other micro-innovation are summarized, contributing to the development of information technology.
