With the fast development of information&communication technology, agrowing number of Internet users begin to find the answer via a Web search, andhope that this information is credible, especially in some special industries, such ashealth care, finance, education and other industry which has a certain risk. Themedical industry, in particular,which the Chinese government in November28,2006,introduced the Medical Advertisement Management Approach which make a clearstatement that is forbidden to release medical advertising through television, whichmakes the traditional television media has a lot of limitation. As a result, bothmedical businesses and people need to publish and access to the health informationthrough the Internet urgently. How to make the medical advertisement highlydependable become a primary issue for the Internet companies.Baidu company owns broad customers and Internet users.Through doingenough market research and analyzing the real needs of users and businesses, baiduultimately determine the project-Medical Advertising Information ManagementPlatform. It is a managment platform with B/S architecture, which can help medicaladvertisers easy to manage their medical advertisements.Through a comprehensive analysis of the medical advertisement informationmanagement system requirements and technical feasibility, this paper decided toadopt B/S architecture for the system design and development, using the PHPlanguage, and based on the Yii framework development, and the front web page useHtml, and CSS and JavaScript technique. This system based on Linux environmentdevelopment which database using MySQL.According to the characteristics of medical advertisement, this paper studiesfour parts which are plans module management, units module management,keywords module management and ideas module management. This is based on thecharacteristics of advertising, advertising from top to bottom can be divided int o thefour levels. Plans level in charge of general properties of medical advertisement,such as promoting regional,promotion cycle,etc. The unit level is the minimum partof medical advertising which can set the bid of the advertising. Each unit managesthe similar ads. Below the unit level, including keywords and ideas.One keywordsand one idea that belonging to one unit, can form a complete advertising. Internetusers through the network search can find out advertising like that. A Keyword isusually made up of disease term and an idea means the describtion of one medicaladvertising.The last part is the system functional testing and security testing which to ensure that the system meets the requirements and can be launched steadily.
