"Geometric intuition",as one of the ten core concepts in the formulation and implementation of full-time compulsory education math curriculum standards(revised),was brought into focus.“Geometric intuition” is to apply geometric graphics to analyze and solve problems.My dissertation aims to propose teaching strategies on how the geometric intuition can assist triangle teaching in junior high.This study is based on the theory of intuitive teaching,meaningful learning and discovery learning.During my research,methods like data studies,survey research,case analysis and experimental research are mainly used.My research shows that: although teachers and students are aware of the importance of concept teaching,but they do not tend to spend more time on it;students cannot understand the connotation of a concept with the help of geometric intuition.Teachers and students intend to spend more time on the proposition teaching.Nevertheless,the real level of the students mastering it is relatively low.They cannot properly use geometric intuition as an auxiliary to understand the nature of the proposition;also,teachers rarely deliberately use geometric intuition and other means to assist the proposition teaching.Teachers and students are likely to spend more time and energy on the problem-solving process.The understanding of concepts and propositions is also deepened in the problem-solving process;Although students have the sense of solving practical problem using geometric intuition as an asistant.However,the ability to construct a geometry graphics by students themselves is relatively inadequate.In view of the situation above,this paper puts forward the tactics of using geometric intuition to assist the concept teaching,proposition teaching and problem solving teaching of triangle.This research also carries on related miniature teaching experiments.The study shows that,during the triangular concept teaching process,teachers should be good at using the intuition to assist the understanding of the essence of concepts,and use the graphic to explore the connotation of them.During the triangular proposition teaching process,teachers should be good at using geometric intuition to discover and understand the geometric meaning of a proposition.During the triangle problem-solving teaching process,teacher should use the geometric intuition to clarify the essence of a problem and explore the ways of solving the problem.In thetriangular teaching process,using geometric intuition as an auxiliary does good to students' understanding of the triangle concepts and it is also helpful for the mastery of propositions.These strategies also work to promote students' abilities of analyzing and problem-solving,which for sure will enhance the scores.
