Abstract/Summary:
The teacher is one of the highest risk group of this psychological syndrome.With the development of education in our city,the teachers are bearing great stress.Working pressure is not effectively controlled,It will lead to burnout.Compared with urban teachers.Statistics show that the problem of occupational burnout among rural primary school teachers is getting worse.Tough teaching environment,low wages,weak teachers.Make rural primary school teachers under more stress,more easy to occupation burnout.To build a brand new harmonious society,which includes construction of spiritual civilization and the realization of China Dream.Depth research of country primary school teachers’ occupational burnout problem is necessary.Through the investigation of the Huaibei city Duji district rural primary school teachers,interview and discovery teachers’ job burnout is more serious.major performance : emotional exhaustion,treat student indifference,interpersonal tension,educational concept is not enough.Deindividuation aspect,the school management mode does not properly frustrate teachers’ enthusiasm.Low personal accomplishment aspect,teachers are older,retirement sentiment is strong,feel education weak,economic stress produces inferiority.There are four reasons for this problem: social factors,occupation factors,school factors,teachers’ personal factors.Social factor include social expectations are too high and the actual treatment is too low,facing special students,values have been hit,shortage of teachers;Occupation factors include occupational repeatability,low creativity,there is no boundary to the workload,the aftereffects occupational consequences;School factors include lack of physical environment,teacher development restriction,the school management model is rigid,lack of incentive mechanism,the school personnel structure unscientific,evaluation of teacher’s work is single,facing the utilitarianism of public opinion;Teachers’ personal factors include lack of religious faith,old age and old knowledge,role ambiguity and role conflict,the comprehensive quality of teachers has been strenghthened.At last,the paper proposed some suggestions on how to prevent and Alleviate teachers’ burnout and mental health problem.Such as social support,to improve the teachers’ self correct understanding of teachers’ occupation burnout.ability to improve self psychological adjustment.social support aspect implement the education policy for rural primary schools,build social support system,to form a social atmosphere of respecting teachers;to improve the teachers’ self aspect : improve comprehensive quality comprehensively,rebuild teacher’s education belief;correct understanding of teachers’ occupation burnout.ability to improve self psychological adjustment aspect : the school organizes regular teachers to carry out the study of psychological knowledge;set up a counseling office,teachers seek a healthy form of stress.Hoping this research based on DUJI rural primary school,could be help with its unique opinion and coping strategy.
