The teacher is the most prone to"occupation burnout" groups, while the rural primary school teachers’ occupation burnoutproblem is serious. Hard teaching conditions, the old teaching equipment, low wages,different types of performance appraisal, the different levels of the organization examination,reforming teaching methods, weak teachers and so on, make rural primary school teachersunder super load working pressure, thereby generating occupation burnout. In people-oriented,harmonious development of the new era, in-depth study of rural primary school teachersoccupation burnout problem, for rural primary school teachers’ professional development hasa very important significance.This article take the Weifang city Fangzi District212rural primary school teachers as theresearch object, from the domestic and foreign research on teachers occupation burnoutproblem research results, through the reading of literature, questionnaire, interview part ofteachers to study, from age, seniority, professional title, marital status, teacher and otherdemographic variables studied, found Fangzi District Rural Primary School Teachers’occupation burnout is not serious.
