The Application Of Positive Psychology In College Students' And Political Education

College students are the pillars of the country,college students' comprehensive quality,ideological and moral standards directly affect the progress of the society and the long-term development of the state,so it is very important to carry out ideological and political education of college students is good.But how to carry on the ideological and political education to the university student,and carries on the innovation and the development is more important.As early as the end of 1990,the United States has set off a mental exercise,and thus to break the traditional developing mode of psychology,to prevent people mental illness,improve the relationship between people and the happiness of people's lives have played a positive role.Positive psychology is a rising trend of thought in the late twentieth Century.It is dedicated to the study of people's enthusiasm and potential,and to promote a more open,more appreciative,more concerned about the positive forces.Therefore,this paper puts forward a new concept of educating people to provide inspiration and reference for the ideological and political education of College students.This article is divided into four parts.The first part focuses on the intension and multiplication of positive psychology.At the same time,it analyzes the ideological and political education of college students and the relationship between the positive psychology and the positive psychology.The second part of the main psychology is the ideological and political education for the students of colleges and universities.The practical value and practical application of the education are analyzed and demonstrated in detail.The third part makes a detailed analysis of the inspiration and reference of positive psychology to the ideological and knitting education of college students,and puts forward effective application measures;the fourth part analyses the practical practice of positive psychology effectively.In the positive psychology research,the main research content is to study various positive forces and virtue,through research to better promote the transformation of people's attitude of communication,to help people with more positive attitude,encourage and praise to communicate with people.This is not only the domestic psychological education of our country has a positive impact on China,the ideological and political education of college students is a great inspiration to provide more innovative methods anddirection for the ideological and political education in china.In this paper we mainly attempt to the concept of Ideological and political education and the combination of positive psychology,and from two aspects of theory and practice to more actively applied in the ideological and political education of college students,so as to better promote the development of comprehensive health quickly.
