With the deepening reform of the socialist market economic system,all walks of life have fought for more and more talents.Colleges and universities are the main positions for personnel training.The rapid growth of the demand for qualified personnel in social development has prompted the rapid development of higher education.Due to the substantial increase in social demand for higher education,higher education has gradually shifted from elite education to popular education.This huge change makes the public colleges and universities can not digest the rapid growth of demand,leading to the growing public demand for higher education and our higher education resources supply capacity of the contradiction between the further aggravated,seriously restricting the development of our higher education,making people The right to education can not be fundamentally guaranteed.In order to alleviate this contradiction,the state gradually relaxes the authority to run higher education,makes full use of the brand effect of social capital and ordinary colleges and universities,and encourages social organizations and individuals to set up higher education institutes and independent colleges.The emergence of independent colleges has largely solved the problem of insufficient resources for higher education and promoted education fairness.Teachers are the basis for the development of colleges and universities,and also the source of sustainable development of colleges and universities.Because of its inherent property rights,financing system,management system,autonomy and other aspects,Independent Colleges and Universities,private colleges and universities are essentially different,making the management of teachers there is a clear particularity.How to attract outstanding teachers,stabilize the ranks of teachers,and improve the enthusiasm and initiative of teachers has become a major issue for Independent Colleges.The establishment of a sound incentive mechanism for independent college teachers is an effective way to respond to the above problems.It is also the fundamental measure for independent colleges to enhance their core competitiveness and maintain a healthy and sustainable development.Through studying and analyzing the literature,we can comprehensively sort out the research status quo of teachers 'incentive mechanism in independent colleges at home and abroad and the current situation of teachers' incentive mechanism in our independent colleges.Then it deeply analyzes the problems and the causes of the teacher incentive mechanism in our independent colleges.Through the questionnaire and interviews,this paper analyzes the case of S College and analyzes the teacher's motivation from aspects of compensation,life support,working conditions,examination methods,scientific research management,training opportunities,rewards and punishment system,work schedule and interpersonal relationship assessment Mechanism of satisfaction,and through empirical research to further understand the teacher's expectations of college incentives.On the basis of a more comprehensive understanding of teacher satisfaction and expectation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect S College teachers' incentive system: to further strengthen the guiding role of policies;to attach importance to positive publicity so as to weaken the negative influence of social environment on incentive mechanisms;to establish and improve Improve the salary system;establish and improve teacher performance evaluation system;attach importance to emotional incentives to enhance teachers' sense of belonging;to help teachers make career planning.Through the research on the S faculty incentive mechanism,I hope to summarize and summarize the ways and measures to further improve the faculty incentive mechanism for independent colleges,and provide some enlightenment for other independent colleges.
