Haimen Folk Songs have been rated as ‘National Intangible Cultural Heritage’ since 2008.However,due to various reasons,the audience is getting smaller and smaller these years and that makes people worry about its future.In 1999,the State Council adopted ‘the Decision on Deepening the Educational Reform and Comprehensively Promoting Quality Education ’ which puts forward the implementation of the national,local and school curriculum systems.As the front of cultural diffusion,schools have a compelling obligation to spread local culture and develop school-based curriculum.The study has confirmed the value of developing the school-based curriculum of Haimen Folk Songs through the literature analysis,network retrieval,questionnaire survey ect.and is about to carry about theoretical research of curriculum development and to seek experts’ guidance for teaching practice.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The introduction describes the origin of the study,the definition of the core concepts,literature review and research methods.In Chapter 1 Research Design introduces the survey objects,the investigation tools,the investigation process and the analysis,and draws the conclusion of ‘Haimen junior high schools’ shortage of the Haimen folk songs school curriculum’.The second chapter analyses the factors that influence the development of Haimen folk songs school-based curriculum from the perspectives of students,teachers,schools and parents.The third chapter discusses the guarantee path of the development of Haimen folk songs school-based curriculum from the aspects of management system,development path and evaluation system.In the fourth chapter,the curriculum objectives,teaching content,teaching plan and teaching evaluation program of Haimen Folk Song school-based curriculum development are formulated under the theory of curriculum development,and the teaching practice cases are collated.The development of Haimen folk songs school-based curriculum can make use of local resources to cultivate the students’ aesthetic and humanistic qualities and help promote the inheritance of local folk music as well.I hope this achievement can fill the missing course of Haimen folk songs in the school-based curriculum in Haimen area and provide reference for the development of other folk songs school-based curriculum.
