Research On Social Work Intervention For Adolescent Community Drug Control From The Perspective Of Social Governance

The juvenile drug-related problem is a major social issue that must be faced by our country and even various countries in the world today.The drug addicts show a serious young-age trend,which has caught the attention of the world.The seriousness of the problem lies in the fact that young people do not fully understand the dangers of drugs,especially the lack of knowledge about the addiction of new-type synthetic drugs and the consequences of addictions,which are vulnerable to the influence of the surrounding small communities and the temptation of others to go astray into the abyss.Therefore,it has become imperative to effectively strengthen anti-drugs in the youth community while expanding related social work services,to implement community anti-drug publicity and education to help drug-related young people to stop drug addiction from returning to society.The People's Republic of China Anti-Drug Law has laid a legal foundation for community intervention in drug control and social work,making it another common practice after voluntary detoxification and compulsory detoxification.The author has directly participated in the Chongqing community social work involved in the anti-drug propaganda education and support work of the youth community,and has conducted thorough empirical research.Therefore,this article tries to take the social governance system as the main research object from the perspective of social governance system innovation,objectively analyzes the behaviors and motivations of young people drug users,and focuses on the action logic and practice path for social work to intervene in youth community anti-drug,and studies social governance.The actual role and collaboration of various subjects in anti-drugs in the youth community provides strategic ideas and suggestions for anti-drug innovation in the youth community.The whole dissertation is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly represents the research background and research significance of social work involvement in anti-drugs in the youth community under the perspective of social governance are described.The research methods and innovations adopted in this paper are briefly introduced,and the status quo and results of anti-drug studies in teenagers at home and abroad are reviewed.The second part is a definition of related concepts and the outline of theory.The concept of social work for young people,community anti-narcotics and anti-narcotics is defined,and relevant social work theories and governance theories and their connotations,as well as different views in the academic community are reviewed.The analytical framework and dimensions of this paper are proposed.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the basic situation of drug-abusing adolescents.We conducted in-depth investigations and analysis of the status of young people involved in drug abuse,the status of social support,community and individual service needs,and discussed the importance and accessibility of social work to intervene in youth community anti-drugs.The survey and analysis focused on some districts and counties in Chongqing and strived to bring them to the surface.The fourth part mainly is a research about the practice of anti-narcotics service in youth community.Based on the theory closely linked with reality,combined with the analysis framework and dimensions of the second part,from the aspects of social work intervention,organizational vehicles,practical mechanisms,implementation path,effectiveness evaluation,etc.,analyze and demonstrate the social work in Chongqing from the perspective of social governance,and intervene in the youth community anti-drug.The practical value of practice,as well as practical activities and related theories confirm each other's relationship.The fifth part is the suggestions for innovating anti-drugs in the youth community.We will reflect on the social work's intervention in the anti-drug practice of the young people's community,and propose strategies and implementation suggestions from the aspects of related policies,governance subjects,governance contents,governance paths,and governance structures.
