| Based on the satisfaction model,this thesis explored the satisfaction of community youths in Qingyang District under the "Community – Social Sports Organizations – Social Sports Instructor(Adolescent)" model driven by sports social organizations.Furthermore,to propose optimal countermeasures for community youth sports governance.This paper firstly summarized the current status and issues of community youth sports governance in Qingyang District:(1)the imbalance in the configuration of community sports venues and facilities,which are still outdated;(2)the level of collaboration and engagement of sports service providers needs to be reinforced,and the professionalism needs to be advanced;(3)the backward level of community sports waiting cannot meet the needs of community youth sports.Secondly,this paper designed a questionnaire survey based on a satisfaction model to collect satisfaction data of residents of Qingyang District on youth sports in the community(for example,the equipment,services,etc.)of Qingyang District,Chengdu.By conducting the satisfaction model analysis,mixed class analysis and BetterWorse analysis,it was concluded that the necessary factors affecting the satisfaction of community youth in Qingyang District are mainly reflected in(1)sports venues: "the number of existing sports venues","the area of sports venues ","sports venue availability",etc.;(2)sports staffing: " experience of instructors","quality of social workers";(3)sports waiting: " community fun parent-child games","free fundamental services","consumer evaluation system",etc.In addition,this study further constructed the final model of community youth satisfaction under the ’three-community linkage’ model driven by sports social organizations.This study aims to provide some practical and exploratory suggestions for the governance of community youth sports under the " Community– Social Sports Organizations – Social Sports Instructor(Adolescent)" model driven by sports social organizations.The details are below.(1)For community sports venues,it is necessary to optimize the configuration of community sports venues and update the construction of community sports facilities.Based on the necessary needs,it should optimize the configuration of community youth sports venues in the preliminary stage;based on the desired needs,it should maximize the effectiveness of community sports venues in the middle stage;based on the excited needs,it should introduce the concept of digital sports in the final stage,and upgrade community sports venues through digital empowerment.(2)For sports staffing,it is essential to achieve a balanced ratio of sports service personnel and promote the professionalism and synergistic development of practitioners.Based on the necessary needs,to implement high-quality construction of sports service elements in the first stage;based on the desired needs,to meet the needs of external stakeholders of community sports in the middle stage;based on the excited needs,the final stage should take into account the motivation to mobilize stakeholders’ participation.(3)For sports waiting,diversification of community sports services and sustainable development of community sports governance capacity should be enriched.Based on the necessary needs,to ensure the social responsibility of sports social organizations;based on the desired needs,to empower the diversification of community youth sports services through sports social organizations in the middle stage;based on the excited needs,the final stage is to help the sustainable development of community sports governance through the "Community – Social Sports Organizations – Social Sports Instructor(Adolescent)" model driven by sports social organizations. |
