Domestic Nearly Five Years Of Primary And Middle School Campus Bullying Phenomenon And Countermeasure Research

In order to effective prevention and treatment of primary and middle school campus bullying,reduce or avoid the frequency of bullying incident.This research adopts literature analysis,content analysis and case study method,such as Chinese,western,surging news media of shaanxi province in January 2014-March 2018,nearly five years of primary and middle school campus bullying 24 cases for analysis,through the analysis of the following results: bullying has confidentiality,power imbalance,the increased number of women,junior high school campus amount above the high school campus.The causes of primary and secondary school bullying is complicated,only a clear reason to suit the remedy to the case,this study use case study and case study,from the students,family,school,social and legal five aspects to find causes of bullying.Analysis found that has the highest percentage of school bullying in the campus,investigate its reason,mainly teachers love lack,improper concept of school education and school management does not reach the designated position,etc.At the same time,students,family,society is also frequent primary and middle school campus bullying.According to the analysis of these reasons,this article proposed from five aspects of prevention and cure.First is the legal level,perfect the legislation increasing penalties;Formulate the bullying laws.The second is students legal awareness and self-protection ability.The third is the family aspect,create a good family atmosphere,the transformation of the mode of education.The fourth is the school,teachers play a role of main body;Schools to strengthen the rule of law education,moral education and family education;To strengthen school management.The fifth is the social aspect,to create a positive and healthy social and cultural environment;Play to the community and the social public welfare organization power.
