The Research On Budget Management Mechanism Of University Logistics Department In China

Nowadays,market economy in our country improve rapidly.Many Institutions and enterprises still use the method of budget to manage fund.Budget management belongs to planned economy,but this way is still make sense.The budget management mechanism in university logistics doesn't work in some levels,so many researchers try to solve the problem and come up with some ideas.However,the theories about the budget management mechanism in university logistics are not entirely.Based on the current situations of the budget management in university logistics department,the researcher analyse the problems of the budget management and the causes of this problems,and come up with some advises to improve budget management in university logistics department.There are four chapters in the research,and the main contents of each chapter are in the following parts:Chapter one is an introduction.This chapter includes the background of this research,the purpose of this research,the contents of this research,literature review,the significance of this research,the perspective of this research and the research methods.The part of the literature review includes three aspects.They are mechanism theory,budget management mechanism and budget management in university.Chapter two is about the core concepts.Five concepts are interpreted in this section.This five concepts are university logistics,budget management,the budget management in university logistics,mechanism and the budget management mechanism in university logistics.This section explains the theories about university logistics mechanism in university logistics too.Chapter three is about the contemporary situations of the budget management mechanism in Z university logistics.This research analyse the contemporary situations in three aspects,including level mechanism,form mechanism and function mechanism.In the end of this section,the researcher give us the causes of the problems in the budget management mechanism in university logistics.The causes of the problems include every level's lacking of attention on the budget management,the university's lacking of supervision on the budget management and innovation.Chapter four is the solutions and proposals of the budget management mechanism in university logistics based on the situations and the theories in this research.The solutions and proposals are about the level mechanism,form mechanism and function mechanism of the budget management mechanism in university logistics.At last,the author comes up with some innovations and weaknesses of the paper in the conclusion part.The author comes up with the outlook of the study.
