The Research On Inner Administrative Mechanism Of Public Universities And Colleges In Our Country

Currently, the rapid development of China’s socialist market economic system and the rapid formation of the knowledge-based economy of the world had a great impact on higher education. From the end of the last century, structure adjustment of higher education and higher education system reform of China higher education promoted the development of higher education. The reform of the university system must have its adaptive internal management mechanism in order to adapt to promote the healthy development of the college. Just to conduct the reform is not enough. How to reform the internal management mechanism of the college is major problem that universities are facing at present. With the growing enhancement of college’s strength to run a school autonomously, the issues of weakening of the internal management mechanism are increasingly apparent. Currently, there are a lot of strategies of college mechanism reform, but most of the countermeasures do not offer guidance about how to reform fundamentally to college, without letting the college own one internal management mechanism adjusting its own. There are still some colleges in our country failed in structural reform and couldn’t grasp good developing chances due to the mechanism not complying with the development of universities and leading colleges. Therefore, strengthening internal management mechanism reform of our public colleges and universities is urgent. There are many theories on education management mechanism at present, but few people are able to figure out the phenomenon of internal management of our public colleges and universities, the relationships between them, as well as mode of operation, let alone to construct inner management mechanism theory of our public colleges and universities. There are also many disadvantageous and inadequate theories about internal management mechanism of the college now.Based on the current development situation of inner management of public university in our country, with the developmental mechanism as the focus, on the basis of comprehensive utilization of interview survey, this research uses the mechanism theory to analyze inner management mechanism of public university in our country. At the same time, the research references some successful experience on the developmental mechanism from the similar colleges or universities in Britain, Japan and the America, and then proposes some strategy suggestion for the developmental mechanism reform of inner management mechanism public university in our country. The following six parts are the main contents of the research:The first part is an introduction. This section includes:background, research purpose, research content, literature review, research significance, and research perspective as well as research method. The general review of this study consists of the concept of inner management mechanism of public university in our country, educational mechanism theory and framework, the specific mechanism of inner management of public university in our country, and the research method of others. The second part gives an introduction to the theory of inner management mechanism of public university in our country, including the following parts:the concept of public university, mechanism, educational mechanism, inner management mechanism public university.The third part is to construct theory and framework of inner management mechanism of public university in our country mainly illustrating theoretical foundation of this research namely Professor Sun Miantao’s educational mechanism theory that uses comparative method demonstrating scientific nature of this theoretical mechanism, finally on the basis of which the theory system of inner management mechanism of public university in our country is constructed.The fourth part is about the contemporary situations and problem analysis of inner management mechanism of public university in our country. Research methods, such as the interview survey, have been adopted to invest and analyze the disadvantages and causes of problems of inner management mechanism of public university in order to propose strategies of optimizing inner management mechanism of public university in our country.The fourth part is about the review of the developmental mechanism of the similar colleges or universities in the higher education developed countries. In this part, the advanced experience of the developmental mechanism and the enlightenment to the newly-established local colleges of our country has been introduced.The fifth part and the sixth part are about the strategy of perfecting inner management mechanism of public university in our country. In this part, the enlightenment of character of inner management mechanism of universities in Britain, Japan and America upon our country and strategies of reforming the inner management mechanism of public university in our country is presented.
