For the rural areas of our country,it is characterized by weak economic foundation,large population,large proportion of school-age children,and considerable demand for preschool education,and a large proportion of private kindergartens in rural kindergartens.Preschool education,and the rural private preschool education development pace of many factors,such as the hardware facilities,management,teachers and so on.The key factor is teachers.With the increasing attention of the country to rural preschool education,the professional development of rural preschool teachers has become a hot issue of preschool education.In recent years,the social expectations of pre-school teachers have become higher and more and more.In this regard,the author has carried out an investigation on the rural private kindergarten belonging to zhangjiakou city,Hebei province.Based on the theoretical research of the existing professional competence,professional development consciousness and external support of the rural civilian kindergarten teachers under the county level of zhangjiakou city,Hebei province.attention has been paid to the education of children in rural and mountainous areas.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss and analyze the present situation and countermeasures.In the collation and analysis of the results of the survey,it is found that there are significant problems in these five aspects of rural folk garden teachers,and the reasons are summarized from three aspects: government,kindergarten and teachers themselves.In order to improve the professional development of rural private kindergarten teachers in Zhangjiakou,the corresponding strategies are put forward to change the present situation.
