| The 19 th Party’s report explicitly proposed to "conduct preschool education ",realize that "the young can get education,teaching is meaningful" and strive to make each child enjoy fair quality education".However,the fair and good education is closely connected with the quality of teachers,and preschool teachers is the main force of preschool education reform and development;teachers professional development is the key to the success of reform and development,and preschool teachers’ professional development is the fundamental guarantee of the preschool education reform and also the necessity for the reform of preschool education.To make rural preschool children get fair quality education,we must improve the quality of the rural preschool teachers,so focus on the rural preschool teachers’ professional development is meaningful for improvement of the overall level of rural preschool teachers and promotion of the rural pre-school education quality as well as reducing the gap between urban and rural pre-school education quality.This study,based on the existing research results of rural preschool teachers’ professional development in academics,expands a systematic explanation of concept and the connotation about the countryside,preschool teachers,professional,specialization and teachers professional development.Taking Anyue county in Sichuan province as a case,using the forms of questionnaire and interview and through the survey of 300 rural preschool teachers,the author learns that the present situation and existing problems of Anyue county’ s rural preschool teachers’ professional development,and finds that the county rural preschool teachers’ problems in professional development: "poor professional spirit","weak professional foundation","insufficient knowledge of professional development importance","low social status,poor treatment","lesstraining opportunities,lack of targeted issues" and so on.For the existing problems,the author,from the society,the kindergarten and preschool teachers,carries the analysis of the reasons.Finally,according to the problems of the rural preschool teachers’ professional development,from early childhood teachers,kindergartens,the government and education department and etc,the author suggests improving the rural preschool teachers’ awareness of autonomous learning and building up the idea of lifelong learning.Improving the kindergarten management style,creating a good kindergarten cooperative culture;strengthening the government’s responsibilities,coordinating relevant departments to participate in the management,improving the rural preschool teachers’ income,social status and the training system-targeted training;the education government should improve the rural preschool teachers’ employment system,set up supervision and elimination mechanism,etc.This study has a certain reference value for preschool teachers’ professional development of Anyue county in Sichuan province and other rural areas. |
