Preschool education is the foundation of basic education and has an important impact on the development of education in China.With the full development of various undertakings in China,the development of preschool education can also be said to be "changing with each passing day",especially the development momentum of urban preschool education is very good.In addition,China,from the government to education authorities at all levels,has paid more and more attention to the development of rural preschool education.Various measures have been taken to increase rural preschool education resources,continuously increase the number of rural kindergartens,and improve the quality of kindergartens.At the same time,pay more attention to the professional development of rural preschool teachers,for the current rural kindergartens to build high-quality preschool teachers help.But in reality,there are still some problems in the professional development of rural preschool teachers,which restrict the development of rural preschool education.The professional development of preschool teachers requires them to consciously and actively improve their professional concept,ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,and gradually seek for problems and find out solutions in the process of inquiry,so as to improve the internal professional structure and achieve the goal of professional development.This topic focuses on the investigation and analysis of the professional development of preschool teachers in rural areas.This study to the kindergarten teachers' professional development standards(try out)"on the basis of investigation of xilingol league area of Inner Mongolia rural preschool teachers' professional development,and using literature analysis method,statistical method,questionnaire method and interview method,xilingol league area 8 kindergarten with rural public survey on the status of the rural preschool teachers' professional development of statistics and analysis,show the current situation of xilingol league area rural preschool teachers' professional development,an analysis of the causes of the problems found,and puts forward some opinions and Suggestions,in order to better promote the professional development of xilingol league area of Inner Mongolia rural preschool teachers.The investigation shows that the professional quality of rural preschool teachers in Xilingol League is low,the salary is poor,and the matching rate of preschool education is low.Rural preschool teachers already have a certain professional concept and good ethics,but some teachers still need to be further improved;Another serious problem is that the professional knowledge of preschool teachers in rural areas is not very ideal and they have not formed a solid professional knowledge structure.The professional ability of early childhood education is also relatively weak,which needs to be strengthened and improved.To this end,I put forward some opinions and suggestions.First,the government and relevant departments to provide policy,system guarantee,improve the training system;Second,create a cultural environment suitable for professional development,improve the management and evaluation mechanism,and provide expert guidance;Third,teachers themselves to enhance the consciousness of reflection and development,strengthen the cooperation between teachers,form a learning community;Three aspects put forward specific Suggestions,expecting to improve the professional development of rural preschool teachers.
