"Education is the foundation for a hundred years." Preschool education is the starting point of national education and plays a fundamental role in the whole process of education.?The implementation of the outline of the national program for medium-and long-term education reform and development(2010-2020)? has further popularized preschool education and strengthened the ranks of preschool teachers.However,rural preschool education has always been the shortcoming of preschool education.How to build a team of high-quality rural preschool teachers with noble teacher ethics,solid knowledge and excellent skills is the focus of people's attention.Based on the professional standards for preschool teachers(trial),this study aims to analyze the current situation of the professional quality of rural preschool teachers in Ganzhou city,find out the factors affecting their development,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This study with reference to the preschool teachers' professional standards(hereinafter referred to as "the professional standards," it was chose to county area,Yudu three areas of the rural preschool teachers,issuing questionnaires to 300 to its recycling effective questionnaire 233,and has carried on the depth interview to six rural preschool teachers,investigation of Ganzhou city rural preschool teachers' professional quality including professional philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge,the present situation of the three dimensions of professional ability,and the influence factors of Ganzhou city rural preschool teachers' professional quality,etc.The research results show that the overall professional quality of rural preschool teachers in Ganzhou city is not high,the professional concept and teacher ethics and professional ability development level is general,and the professional knowledge reserve is insufficient.The professional concept and moral level of preschool teachers need to be improved.Good performance in attitude and behavior towards children and in attitude and behavior towards child care and education;The structure of preschool teachers' professional knowledge is differentiated,and their knowledge ofchild care and education is relatively good.The development of preschool teachers' professional ability is not balanced,and they perform well in three fields: motivation and evaluation,planning and implementation of educational activities,reflection and development.According to the above survey results,the author believes that the improvement should be made in the following aspects: first,the government should improve the guarantee mechanism for the professional growth of rural preschool teachers in Ganzhou;second,Improve the management mode of kindergartens and increase targeted training;Third,the teacher strengthens the study consciousness,strengthens the specialized skill.The above suggestions are intended to provide references for rural kindergartens and relevant departments in Ganzhou city to improve the professional quality of preschool teachers.
