With the reform of higher education,the state has adopted many care policies for ethnic minority college students to continue their advanced studies.The "High-level Ethnic Minorities Talents Plan" is one of them.The preferential policies of the country provide more and more minority students with the opportunity to continue their studies at the top universities in China.As a result,the enrollment ratio of graduate students from ethnic minorities in China continues to expand.However,it is also inevitable for minority graduate students faced with such issues as emotional distress,academic pressure,employment pressure,economic pressure,interpersonal pressure,and lack of resources,the number of psychological problems caused by psychological pressure has increased with the increase in the number of people and the increasing pressure on society.The cultivation of physical and mental health of minority graduate students is not only a solution to the personal development of minority master students,but also has a long-term significance for improving the political and economic development of minority areas.Therefore,this study will focus on the mental health issues of this special group of masters of minority ethnic masters programs,and try to fully understand the mental health of graduate students of minorities through the empirical analysis of data analysis,and from the social ecosystem theory and exploring the deep reasons for the psychological problems of the master students of ethnic minorities' plan in the visual angle of cultural pluralism.In addition,on the basis of the research results of social work at home and abroad,this article explores the path of school social work involvement in the mental health of graduate students of ethnic minorities programs,and strives to promote the application of school social work in this field of practice.In order to take a deeper understanding of the mental health of graduate students from ethnic minorities,this study used questionnaires to investigate the masters of minority ethnic minorities of the National Institute of Education,A university in Beijing,and used the "Chinese University Students Mental Health Scale".Investigating the Questionnaire on Influencing Factors of Mental Health among Postgraduates of Ethnic Minorities Major Programmes,and conducting surveys on 470 ethnic minorities masters of the National Institute of Education,A university in Beijing,and using SPSS Statistics 17.0 software to perform statistical analysis on the data.Inspected the mental health status of postgraduates of minority ethnic minorities from the seven dimensions of interpersonal tension and sensitivity,psychological resilience,adaptability,psychological balance,emotional disorder,anxiety,and depression,and summarized the master production leading to ethnic minorities programs.There are individual,family,school,and social factors in the causes of students' mental health problems.From the.perspective of school social work and the perspectives of social ecosystem theory and cultural pluralism,corresponding solutions are proposed.Through the research,the basic conclusions of this paper are:1.The overall mental health status of master students in ethnic minorities program is worrying,and more than half of the surveyed minority ethnic minorities plan master's degree in the mental problems of mildness and above.2.There are significant differences in the level of mental health among masters of minority ethnic minorities who have different genders,nationalities,religious beliefs,family economic status,interpersonal relations,and environmental adaptability.Male students,religious beliefs,and family economic status are good.The overall rate of detection of psychological problems among masters of minority ethnic minorities with good interpersonal relationships and well-adapted environmental conditions was significantly lower than the detection rate of graduate students of minorities who were opposite to the situation.3.Major psychological problems exhibited by master students in ethnic minorities include interpersonal tension and sensitivity,poor psychological tolerance,poor adaptability,poor balance in the heart,emotional disorders,anxiety,and depression.4.There are individual,family,school,and social factors that contribute to the mental health problems that result from the master of ethnic minority programs.Based on the above research status and conclusions,this paper proposes corresponding solutions from the perspectives of school social work,social ecosystem theory and cultural pluralism theory.First,it involves interventions through case work methods of emotion,cognition,behavior and environment.Second,intervene through group methods that promote acceptance and self-identity,help establish and enhance self-confidence,promote understanding,and improve interpersonal aspects.Finally,the involvement of community work has broadened the path of resource integration and won resources for the resolution of mental health problems among minority master plan masters.
