Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit In Higher Vocational Colleges

In the stage of the national vocational education reform entering the deep water area and the growing demand for the high skilled talents,the attention of the craftsman spirit has continued to rise.The craftsman spirit has been vividly shown in the traditional apprenticeship system,and has been well inherited and integrated in the German dual system.Therefore,in our vocational education,how to inherit the craftsman spirit well and cultivate craftsmen with craftsman spirit becomes the focus of vocational education.This study analyses and arranges the cultivation of the craftsman spirit and the present status of the craftsman spirit in the training mode of the modern apprenticeship system.On the basis of the existing research theory,the craftsman spirit is analyzed and defined.At the same time,the cultivation of the craftsman spirit and the stage of the craftsman's growth are determined.According to the present situation of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,from the perspective of the modern apprenticeship training mode,some suggestions are put forward to cultivate the craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges,and it is expected that the vocational colleges will be able to cultivate the craftsman spirit more effectively.In addition to the first chapter,the study also includes:The first part discusses the connotation of craftsman spirit,its internal thinking and external manifestations,and the transformation,inheritance and development of craftsmanship's inner thinking and external manifestations under the change of time and space.The second part discusses the value pursuit and nurturing mechanism of artisan spirit cultivation,and the value pursuit is the contemporary value expression of craftsman spirit,which is the fit between craftsman spirit cultivation and craftsman growth stage.In the third part,the close connection between the craftsman spirit and the modern apprenticeship is discussed on the basis of the agreement between the craftsman spirit and the growth stage of the craftsman.The fourth part,on the basis of the third,fourth part,focusing on practice,teachers,curriculum,campus culture and corporate culture,in order to effectively cultivate the artisan spirit.
